Liisa Laine

Liisa T. Laine is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Missouri. Her research interests include labor and health economics, digital economics, and industrial organization. Her research has been published in the Journal of the European Economic Association, Journal of Human Resources, and Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization.

Laine received her PhD in economics from the University of Jyväskylä in 2019. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania 2019-2022. She has also been a visiting researcher at Boston University, Columbia University, University of Washington, University of Helsinki, and a RCMAR Fellow at the University of Southern California.
