Riley Wilson is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University.

His research is at the intersection between public and labor economics, and explores topics such as households' decisions to move to economic opportunity and responses to market interventions by the government, with a focus on labor market behavior.
He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland in 2018. His work has been published in peer reviewed journals, including The Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of Labor Economics, the Journal of Public Economics, the Journal of Human Resources, and the National Tax Journal.

Riley joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2021.
