Lukas Fels joined IZA in December 2019 after having worked as a Team- and Event Manager in the field of Sports Management, Marketing, Engineering and Events. At IZA he is currently responsible for general project administration, organization and office management.
In August 2024, he completed his part-time studies at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) and earned his BBA in Business Administration, with a focus on German foundation law.
