Manuel Bagues is a Professor at Warwick University and he worked previously at Aalto University and Universidad Carlos III. He does research in Applied Economics, with a particular focus on Personnel Economics and Gender Economics. He is also interested in the determinants of voting behaviour.
He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in January 2011.
