Nikki Shure is Associate Professor in Economics at the UCL Social Research Institute, University College London. She received her D.Phil. (PhD) in Economics from the University of Oxford as Weidenfeld Scholar in 2016 and her BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University.

Her main research interests are the economics of education, inequality, gender, and applied microeconomics.

Nikki joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in November 2016 and became an IZA Research Fellow in November 2021.
