Lorenzo Neri

Lorenzo Neri is assistant professor at the School of Economics and Finance at the University of St Andrews.

Lorenzo received his BSc in Law and Economics and MSc in Economics from the University of Bologna and earned his PhD in Economics at Queen Mary University of London. From October 2018 to May 2019, he was a visiting student at the Department of Economics of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Lorenzo’s research interests are in applied microeconomics, mainly labour economics, economics of education and urban economics.

Lorenzo Neri joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in September 2022.
