Seonghoon Kim is an associate professor of economics and the deputy director of the Centre for Research on Successful Aging at Singapore Management University.

He received his B.A. degree in economics from Sogang University in 2007 and a Ph.D. degree in economics from the Ohio State University in 2013. His research area includes health economics, labor economics, and development economics.

Seonghoon Kim joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2017 and became an IZA Research Fellow in January 2022.
