Tom Stolp is a senior researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market – Maastricht University. His research interests are in personnel and labour economics. He has conducted laboratory experiments to examine the role of worker preferences on contract choice. More recently, his focus is on teacher labour markets where he analyses effective labor market policies to decrease qualitative and quantitative teacher shortages.
