Abhra Roy is an International Trade and Development economist completing his Ph.D. at West Virginia University. His current research focuses on the role of education subsidies on child labor, the implications of preferential trading agreements and trade liberalization on child labor and investigating whether preferential trading agreements are building blocks to multilateral trade.
He will join Kennesaw State University as an Assistant Professor of Economics in Summer 2004.
He was an IZA Research Affiliate from January 2004 until September 2006.
