Arne Uhlendorff is a CNRS research director at CREST (Centre de Recherche en Economie et Statistiques) and a Professor of Economics at Ecole Polytechnique. Arne is a labor economist and an applied econometrician. His research interests include public policy evaluation, job search behavior and employment dynamics, and the role of non-cognitive skills and subjective expectations for economic decisions. His work has been published in journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistics, Economic Journal, European Economic Review, International Economic Review, Journal of Human Resources, Demography and Journal of Applied Econometrics.

Arne joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in March 2004 and became a Research Fellow in October 2009. He is also a research affiliate of the DIW Berlin and the IAB Nuremberg.
