Lucas Tilley is a postdoctoral researcher at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI) at Stockholm University. He received his PhD from Uppsala University in 2021 with a dissertation titled “Inputs and Incentives in Education”. Since then, he has continued to research topics in applied labor and education economics. Much of his ongoing work has a gender and LGBTQ+ focus.
